OHHH, San Francisco! What a place. The city, the food, the people watching, it is all so much fun to see and be a part of. Matthew and I live in the East Bay so we are just a short drive into the city. With that comes getting asked what SF to-do’s we suggest. From activities, hikes, and restaurants, we have started to learn our way around the city and know places to take friends when they are in town. This is actually a note from my phone that I have just kept a running list of as people have told us about other places and things to do. We haven’t been to every single restaurant or done every single activity but we are pretty close to checking most off the list! Let me know if you have visited SF and what places you loved.

TO DO: Here’s a quick pro tip. SF is OBVIOUSLY very touristy. People fly in and out of San Francisco for trips and will stay the night to explore and a ton of people use it as their starting trip on a California coast trip. The best thing you can do in California is to wake your booty up and go early. Matthew and I have had the best experiences waking up and doing everything early to beat the crowds and see the best views. Highly recommend!
-Bike across Golden Gate Bridge & have lunch in Sausalito (We love Bocce Bar)
-Hike Muir Woods or Tennessee Valley
-Alcatraz Tour
-Visit Lands End/Sutro Baths, you could pack a picnic and go down to the beach past Sutro Baths and have dinner and watch the sunset. They allow fires on the beach there!
-SF Giants Game/Warriors Game
-Chrissy Field for a view of the Bridge and you can walk/bike around
-Lombard Street
-Coit Tower
-Painted Ladies
There are seriously 100 other things I could list, these are just places we have been and things we have done and loved. If you visit San Francisco, please reach out! Let’s grab coffee or take some photos together!
