Colorful Spring Wedding at Holman Ranch in Carmel Valley

I am quite simply…OBSESSED with Aiko and Derrick. And yes, their wedding day was stunning and everything I could ever ask to photograph but it was their approach to their day that made them so incredibly special. There were no frills about this day. No wedding party. No first dance traditions or cake cutting. And it was SO special because they were so clearly there to get married and be with their favorite people and that is all that mattered. How incredibly special to be hyper-present on a day that can tend to be a little chaotic. They were purposeful in the decisions they made with their timeline and it paid off throughout their day. I must say, they were two of the most relaxed people I have ever photographed.

And, of course, does it need to be mentioned that it was at the always incredible Holman Ranch? A dream day! Congratulations, A & D!
